The Process

Hey there!  So you have your heart set on creating an amazing rock feature but you're not quite sure what's next and what this project will entail.  Well we're here to answer all your questions, start to finish.

The first step is to do your research.  You'll want to think about what your needs are in a waterfall. For example, are you looking for something for your kids or grandkids to enjoy or are you more interested in a waterfall that will simply enhance your outdoor space?  You can take a look at some examples here.  Either way, we can help walk you through your decision.  Of course, other factors come in to play as well, such as the physical space you have available.  We always want to create the most aesthetically pleasing design possible. 

Once you've decided on what you desire in a waterfall, contact us for a free estimate.  We will schedule a time to come meet with you to take a look at your space and discuss your vision.  This is a necessary step in the early process in order for us to have a clear understanding of your wishes and provide you the most accurate estimate possible.

After we meet and discuss your rock feature, we will be able to provide you a verbal and emailed estimate.  Once the estimate is discussed and agreed upon, we will then prepare and send you a contract to sign.  This is also when we will require a 60% deposit in order to obtain product to begin your individual project. We will also at that time, be able to give you a timeframe when your job will begin and how long we anticipate it taking to complete.  This will of course depend on the size of the job, etc. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this type of work, there's not always a set schedule to base the duration of projects on. 

Phew, we got through the nitty gritty.  Now it's finally time to begin your project! How exciting! As mentioned previously, there's no way for us to give a definitive completion date due to many variables in this industry, however, we strive to complete your project as quickly as possible while still maintaining the integrity, detail and quality of your feature. We will also be in constant contact with you throughout the duration of the project. Of course, if you ever have any questions or concerns, always feel free to reach out to us. Upon completion of your waterfall/rock feature, we will then require your final payment on the remaining balance per your contract.
